01 ford escape problems
I wrote about the radio earlier and no one has replied. Well now not only is my light for my clock not working but now my brake light is staying on even though I have not pulled the emergency break in forever. Does anyone know anything about the sensors in this car. If you have any suggestions of what the problem could be please let me know.

A blank display is a common problem with Ford radios made by Visteon. It's usually caused by bad solder connections on the display power supply board. Do a google search on "ford radio display". There are places that will sell directions on how to fix it, if you are handy with a soldering iron. Or a more diligent search will find forums with directions posted.
The brake light generally is caused by low brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir. As the front pads wear down, it's necessary to top up the fluid.
