My 400 build up
I was wanting to know how much hp and tq my engine have. It will have stock intake, stock carb, rebuilt heads from napa, Headman fenderwell exit headers, badger flat top pistons, comp cams deh268 cam. Do you need to know any thing else?

I ran a simulation with a 500 CFM 2 barrel carb, dual plane intake, stock heads, flattop pistons (+0.030), headers, and a 265DEH cam.
The peak torque is 432 ft-lbs @ 2000 RPM. The peak HP is 306 @ 4500 RPM. You should go to a 600 CFM 4 barrel carb, and get some porting work done on those heads.

You can't get a Weiand Stealth for a 400. You can only get two versions of the Edelbrock Performer and a Weiand #8010. The peak torque is 440 ft-lbs @2500 RPM and also @ 3000 RPM. The peak HP is 326 @ 5000 RPM with those intakes.
