There is a picture of one in my gallery. They typically sell for $250 - $450 on ebay depending on condition. Make sure the flanges where they bolt to the exhaust manifold are horizontal. If they are angled they are from a Lincoln and they are worth about $50 and cannot be used on a Ford Y-block.
I've Bought 2 excellent Pr.'s on Ebay in the last year, @ about $300.00 Pr. I know some of the retailers want Exhorbidant prices. Heard Bob's F100 fanticizing about @ $900.00 Pr. A fool and his money is soon parted. Keep on Truckin, David
The first thing is that they aren't very plentiful and many people are looking for a pair. They also make an easy dual exhaust on y powered pickups, and they look cool.
I found my pair out in an old junkyard in the eastern Oregon desert. Paid $125.

Since they are worth that much I know where there at least 3 trucks in a woods that did have those manifolds the last time I was there,I am going back to look real soon.
Since none answered you question, about what's so special about ramshorns manifolds, I will. These manifolds have very good flow characteristics, and flow good numbers, especially for stock manifolds. There's a set of Fentons cast iron manifolds on Ebay at over 600 last time I checked, and I'm not certain, but I don't think those flow as good. No facts to prove this, just something in the back of my mind. If you've ever noticed, there aren't a great number of real headers for the y blocks. Just the elcheapos, although header tech may not have developed much, by the time y's went out.
I have heard many people say that they liked their "Red's Headers".
Sanderson makes Y Block headers for F100s and they do make a pretty nice product.
From the information I have read (I have not paid to have them flow tested, myself) Ram's Horns do not have any particular flow advantage over the 57 passenger car exhaust manifolds.
Ram's Horns do look very cool and provide the cleanest solution for running duals on an F100, if you don't want or don't like the looks of headers.
They aren't too cheap, anymore.
You can find a picture of Y Block Ram's Horns, and how to tell them from Lincold Y exhaust manifolds, at my web site here:
