fuel filter
I have a 2000 Ford F-150 with the v-6 and am having trouble changing the fuel filter. Is there a trick to it i don't know? Do you have to relieve the pressure on the line in order to change it? If so how? Can get the clamps off but, the lines won't budge.

You must release the pressure by plugging the inertia switch under the passengerside kick panel, then cranking the truck over for a few seconds. Then you can change the filter. You must have a fuel line tool to remove the fuel lines from the filter. They are about 5 bucks at autozone.
