Here's what I know so far. The Temecula meet is actually called the "Good Old Days Car Show". It is on February 26-27. I'll check out some spots to meet by next week.
A few more details, please. Would this be a one day affair or entire weekend? Camping? Motel (good luck with that)? There are some great wineries out there.
Well,
I was thinking a one day sort of thing thing, however if it is in Temecula maybey we could all get a group res. at Lake Skinner which isnt too far away and stay for both days, they have some nice easily accessible camp ground for those of you with street rod style trucks, mostly tent camping, but you can bring a trailer if so inclined. Of course everyone would have to pay for their own spots, but if I knew exactly how many people were coming I cold get a round figure on total price. Plus we could all have a BBQ that night and relax near a nice fire.
I think that would make for a great weekend of camping and show viewing because then we could all stay a little later and really have some fun.
Let me know how this sounds, Ill probably be doing it on my own anyway,

The Mrs. 'n' I will be there unless something drastic happens (and if we can get the camper lights to work!) It's a bit of a drive for a one day but overnight's just fine. If it turns into a one day affair, we have family down there. We'll park Bubba in their driveway overnight.
Ok so Im guessing the whole group camping thing isnt gonna work for most people? Dumptech by " get the camper lights working" do you mean you at least would be in then?

We're planning on being there regardless. The brake lights and turn signals work. The tail lights don't so we can only travel during daylight with the camper. The camper's old (and cheap:$300) and I'm not an electrician or a mechanic. I'm just kinda stumbling in the dark with the wiring. I know, I know, it's probably the grounding. Anyway, we'll be there unless I have to work or something.
Haha,
I have the same issues with my trailer, found out i bought the wring tail lights for the dang thing I didnt get the ones that have running lights in them. Anyway not much of an issue for me kinda close to Temecula and I can tow it there while its still daylight.
