OK heres the thing now,
I might need to have somone step in as chapter pres. for the next meet because I may have to work unexpectedly that weekend....now I know what you guys are thinking....but I may be starting a new job that weekend and may not be able to attend, Im not sure this early , Im still waiting on further word from my soon to be employer on when I might start and my sch. Now I will make it clear to them I had plans prior to even being contacted by them however should the need arise I may need to appoint someone as a VP to be there for me.
SO. Who might want to be chapter VP for me in the event that I am not able to come? I realize how inconvinient this is and I hope you all understand that I will do my best to be able to attend, I will keep you posted on what might happen and I will still get you guys setup as to where to meet. Once again I know this is annoying but I hope you all understand.
Let me know if youre interested and well go from there like possibly setting up a quick electinon online.
Thanks in adavance and my appologies once again.
-Chris

Chris,
First congrats on your new job. You need to take care of business first, then you can play. We are a small group and should fill the other posts. I’m sure if you are not there someone will step up to the plate and organize the group at the event. If I’m not working that weekend I’ll be there, and will do what I can to help.

I was hoping for both days, however if more people can come on say Staurday, then well make it for Saturday so if everyone lets me know what day they're good for we can have it set for sure.

Peps,
Like the others have said you aren't too far as long as you're willing to drive to at least one or two events so we can all meet you. Matter of fact you just became a member.
