Removing Undercoating from Frame Question
Wasn`t quite sure on which forum to post this but here goes . The frame on my 80 F250 was undercoated when it was new and half of its coming off and I want to get rid of all of it and paint it with POR 15 . Any tips / suggestions on removing this stuff ? Thanks !

i m doing the same thing on my 81' i scrapped them off but i talked to the guy who do sandblasting said some will come off but if it s really good stuff u ll have to put work onto it then maybe sand blast it off? hope this work? but can i ask u what is POR 15? i been thinking of alot things to repaint my frame with but not sure what i really want yet... maybe would need ur help too

POR 15 is the stuff you want if your going through all the trouble to make it long lasting and durable . A dude at work today said Aircraft Paint Stripper by Marhyde works great on undercoating , spray it on and wait , then remove it . Check out POR 15
