Electrical confusion
My 94 Ford ranger 2.3L. My dash light that shows the highbeam is on has not worked for quite some time. On the way home from work is myteriously can on with headlight on low beam. Then the brake light can on - brakes are fine and e-brake is off. Later that night the head lights came on with no one aboard only for a brief momment? Can you say creepy!!
Anyways any suggestions what to do or look at. I hate electrial problems.

If I'm not mistaken, the multifunction switch (MFS) is common to both the instrument cluster and headlamp circuits. The MFS is commonly referred to as the "stalk" on the steering column, the one you use to activate the turn signals etc. It has been known to cause some funky electrical things to happen on a Ford.
That and the main light switch circuit are the most logical things to look at initially, IMO.
