Fuel Gauge Sending Unit Resistance

Did a quick search and ?

I have a 1972 F250 with twin tanks, one in the cab behind the seats and the other between the frame rails drivers side.

I need to know the resistance of the sending units for the fuel gauge as I am swapping in some new Autometer gauges.

Thanks
Brad

Per ford shop manual
8 to 12 Ohms full
60to 86 Ohms empty
or a 78 to 10 ohm gauge
I have never looked up an auto-meter gauge specs.
