Block Heater Cord Replacement
Hello fellow ford owners.
I thought this would be a good place to ask questions about my Ford truck.
I own a 2000 F-150 XLT shortbox 4x4. It's been very cold here in Alberta over
the last few days, -40 with the windchill, and when I went to unplug my truck
this morning, the plug to my blockheater snaped off in my hand. My question is,
can I buy just a replacement cord or do I have to put a new plug on the end
which I do not want to do?

Being from Alberta, you might want to consider joining the Alberta/British Columbia Chapter...that way you can ask yopur cold weather questions and get your answers from folks in your own area who may be able to help you better! It's realls easy to join the Alberta British Columbia Chapter. Just go to the Main Chapter Forum page
