Off-Road Slipping/Hopping Problem...

Let me say, that aside from the leaky window, dash rattle, and 5 paint jobs, I really like my truck. That said, I've got a problem when my truck is off the road. I'm not talking baha 500 here, I mean when I've got the thing in the grass, like my backyard. I have the 3.73 (iirc) limited slip rear-end. When I try to take off on grass, or loose dirt, or even muddy conditions, the rear end feels almost like it's hopping, definately jerking. At first, I just ignored it, figuring that it was just the limited slip kicking in, but it does it everytime now, and something just doesn't seem right right.

What's up?

I had my limited slip clutch packs replaced for that very same problem.
Take it in, it is under warranty.

It's a long story, that I've posted here before, but basically I had a paint bubble on the passenger side of my truck bed. I took it in, they said, "Yeah, it's screwed up, under warranty, we'll fix it." Over the course of about 45 days, the truck was painted 5-6 times, I'd have to get the information out to be sure exactly how many times. Each time the truck came back worse than it looked before they "fixed" it.

Here's the list of problems:

1. The body shop left orange peel on the paint
2. It had little pin holes in it each time
3. The bed looked 3 shades of black on 2 occasions
4. They got clear coat on the bumper which is chrome
5. They didn't remove the plastic bed rails to paint
6. Body compound was found between the bumper and bed
7. They chipped the driver side door
8. They spilled something on the seat (I got new seat covers from FORD)
9. They never actually stripped the paint, just painted over the problem
10. They made the spot bigger each time
11. The paint was fish-eyed each time

Finally, I got them to take it to another shop, which fixed all of the problems. The guy who finally fixed it commented on how many layers of paint he had to remove to fix the problem.

Get this, I cleaned it up Saturday, and it looks like the problem might be coming back!

Mine is in the body shop right now because a rock chip GREW. The paint around it was startig to flake off so when I was in for an oil change I had them look at it to see if it was a minor problem that I would want to take care of or not. Anyway the body shop manager said it shouldn't be flaking off like that and it would be fixed under warranty. Well they started in on it Jan. 10th and when paint kept flaking off when being hit with compressed air they decided to repaint the whole pasenger bedside. I hope they get it right the first time cause I am going nuts trying to live out of another vehicle.
