Emblems for 80 XLT
Hi All !
I have an 80 F250 XLT / Camper Special .Its in very good shape and since I`ve owned the truck the XLT emblem from the pass. side (cab) has been missing (and it bugs me ) and there is also an emblem from the tailgate (also Pass. side ) missing . Do any of you know if the tailgate emblem is suppose to say Camper Special or XLT ? Are there any good sources you can recommend for getting these ? I`ve been to every wrecking yard within 60 miles of here (more than once) and the emblems I need are always missing

Emblems for 80 XLT
I have an 80 F-350 Ranger XLT. There should be an XLT emblem on the cab just back of the door on both sides and one on the tailgate. Mine says 'F-350 Ranger' on each fender. I don't know where the 'Camper Special' emblem goes. Those emblems were used until 1986 and were stillavailable from ford last time I checked. They tend to get cloudy and or fall apart.

Ya mine says F250 Ranger on each side too . I went through that Dennis Carpenter site , it`s pretty good but didnt see the listing for the cab side XLT emblems . I`ll try the Ford dealer up here tomorrow . I was trying to grab one off a wrecked truck because everytime I order something like this from Ford , the prices darn me give me a stroke
