Different coil pack order.

Had my truck tuned up today at the local dealership, a fairly reputable one. I tried to do it myself earlier this weekend but ran into some problems. Originally I thought my problems were of the 12 oz variety, but my dealership confirmed it today. My coil pack order is "different" as they said, they said it goes something like:

123
front>>>
564

This is what they said it was if I remember correctly. It kind of struck me that my coil order was like looking at upside down and in a mirror from everyone says it is supposed to be. All the dealer said was that it was kind of strange, which I took to mean as "don't ask me any questions because I can't answer them" kind of thing. I'm just happy the thing is running right now.

Oh yeah, thanks for the great info on this site about oil pressure switches, that is the one thing I managed to do right this past weekend.

Very strange. Almost as if your timing is off 180 degrees. Never heard of something like that before.

In any case, you should permanently mark the ID numbers on the both the coilpack terminals and the plug wires so next time there won't be any confusion.

Yeah I did that. Since I bought it used I'm thinking about getting a carfax report on it to see if anything fishy shows up.
