I'm not a hundred percent sure - it depends on if the frame has the same mounting holes as the power steering box does or not. The best way to confirm it would be to go to a scrapyard and look at both types.
If it DOES mount the same, you'll need a pump and bracket added to your engine, but it should not need a ram added to the suspension, since the truck PS gearboxes are the only piece supplied by the PS Pump lines. It's not the same as passenger cars.
The gearbox bolts (PS has three) are right through the frame next to the gearbox.
