I just bought a billet grill and was wondering if it is difficult to remove the grill shell off of my 02 Ranger Edge. Has anyone done this? If so, would you mind posting how to do it, and how difficult or easy it may be to do.

I figured it out on my lunch break. I must say, the "overlay" grill looks weak! The bars are spaced about a 1/2 inch apart on the one i bought (EZ PRECISION). You could easily see the stock honeycomb and the oval where the ford logo goe's when looking through the billet grill.

I noticed a crack in one of the bars on the grill. So, I called the company and they are allowing me to return it for a full refund. I'm kinda glad it was cracked because I didn't like how it looked at all. I would recommend getting a grill with tighter spacing between the bars or one where you cut or remove the stock grill. It would look much better than this one did.
