I put a 11" clutch where a 10" was. The pedal does not engage it now.
1982 f-100 with a 300cid, and a 3 speed column shift. 2nd gear died and a week later it got stuck in 3rd. I torched the clutch getting it home. 4 junkyards later I have a good used tranny and I also turned the flywheel. No one carried the 10" clutch, but everyone had the 11". (Bigger is better!) It bolts on perfictly and everything elce fit. However, the clutch pedal is now just a few inches off the floor, without enough room to engage the clutch. The mechanical linkage had already been adjusted and extended to the end. Any ideas?
