Fan shroud problem

I just bought a 91 F 150. It has the 92-96 i believe front clip. The previous owner put a 3in body lift on it. From what I understand is the body lift will not allow the fan shroud to clear the fan. Is there a way around that or could I take the other option and go with a electric fan set up.

i would go with electric fan because i had a dodge i put a 4" lift and fan didn't clear and i cut my shoud lets say we are all young at one time
