im new and need help

i have a 1981 ford f-100 custom and well it needs some love. last year my dad put in a new engine so im going to keep the truck but im going to make it more newer with headlight conversions and radio and that other good stuff and two new doors becuase they are both broken from locks and the steel that lifts the window rusted and allot of other stuff. Anyways my question is what other kind of dash boards can i put?
