I haven't done it yet but plan to do it this spring on my trail rig. The best place to get the adapter kit is www.stazworks.com or check out this thread for more info: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=146813 Keep in mind that you will have to fab up your own shifters and tap fill and vent holes in the 203 case but the Staz kit makes all the rest really easy. Hope this helps.
