my neighbor just installed a chrome diff cover on his chebby 12 bolt.
sure looks nice. iam jealous. looking to find one for a 91 f250 4x4 with a
danna 70 or ford rear axle, i'am not sure which . jegs has one listed for a danna 60 but the hole pattern doesn't look like it would fit.
any ideas or sources are appreciated.dbr
I know how nice the crome ones look but i just got the latest issue from Summit and they had a cool cover. It was a clear acrilic(I think) so then you can see all the gears and oil. Not only cool looking but also a good way to watch whats happening back there.
I just thought you might want some other options besides the chrome.

I know this might sound cheesy, but it turned out great. I sanded mine pretty well (while on the truck), masked everything, and spray painted it with Duplicolor aluminum color engine paint. If you looked at it you'd swear it was a cast aluminum cover.

Sounds like a great way to dress up the truck cheaply. I'd try it before I put a chrome one on.
