Spring length to set level?
How do we measure the rear and front springs height so the truck sets level (at factory standard) after assembly? One of the front springs had a ½" spacer under it when we took it apart. It is important to us to set level. What about re-arching the rear springs or should we buy new front and rear springs for our ’78 f-150 4X4?

There's really no way to check these springs off of the truck to check if they'll sit level . . . you'll have to install them to see. Often times springs will tend to sag after a period time from weight sitting on them (particularly the front springs). So even a spring that looks fine may not hold the truck to the height you're expecting. I'm guessing your front end was sitting lower than the rear?
