Shocks
Its time to replace the shocks on my 1986 F-350. Any opinions or advice on what to use. I tow a horse trailer and will most likely be mounting a snow plow for winter. I was thinking of using a dual shiock system on the fron and quad shock system on the rear, any benefit or just snake oil, will it make the truck to stiff when empty? Should I step the springs up to heavy duty or remain with standard equipment all together. The truck having a 460 and low gears is really just a work horse, but also makes occassional trips to town. Seeking experienced advice please.

I used to use cheapos, but I haul & tow a LOT and I found the CarQuest Bruiser XL (certainly reboxed Monroes, but I don't know which) to be GREAT shocks, and they have LLT warranty.
