I removed the cam from my 390 and it has stamps on that read CWC, 6250, K37, made in the USA, does anyone recognize these numbers, is this a stock cam? thanks for any info
Hang on I have a Crower 16331 solid cam still new in the box and it only has CWC on it by the timing gear end. I've had the cam for three years and they might have changed since then but CWC is all that's on mine. G.
the only reason i was trying to identify this cam is because i was going to upgrade to a more performance cam, i wanted to find out what ive got first, i have a stock motor and i have read prllay about 100 threads so i guess what im looking to go with is a crane 941, i have been a chevy guy for along time so i dont know alot about what makes fords tick, this is an excellent site, glad i found it.... just taking along time to read all the threads, then i'll be well informed and will be able to ask the good questions...
