04/05 model year difference!!!
What Happened to the Blazing Yellow paint option for the 05 model year?!?! I looked at an 04 in it last year. Now that I am ready to buy, they don't have it! What is the deal?

Ford does this all the time. The yellow was discontinued for the 05. They like to keep the colors revolving, so you dont see a glut of a certain color, as well as colors like yellow....they maintain some 'exclusivity'.

they still make a truck in his color for 05. It now called an Amarillo package. I recently purchased an 05 250 and while waiting for it to come in I found out about this. It is not advertised on ford websites, but if you do some research on the net yuo should be able to find one. I located some in Texas. If I am not mistaken this package can only be found in the south/mid west part of the country (Texas, Colorodo, Oklahoma).

F150 REG CAB - 3
F150 SCAB - 3
F150 SCREW - 4
F250 SCREW - 4
Thats 14 yellow trucks in one city. My truck is a SCAB and is inclueded in the 3 that are here. I have met all of the F150 crowd and they were bought in : San Antonio, Houston, Laredo, and Hebronville. I bought mine in Floresville Tx so I think that TX would have to hold the majority.
If you really want to find a yellow truck..look in small ranch towns were people have nothing to spend their money on but badaz ranch trucks. Yellow was only offered on FX4 packages as you know. So your best bet would be, like I said, in ranch towns around your area or in TX.

05 didnt offer yellow you might special order i dont know bout that.the xlt has more options than all the other trims...
