There is a vibration throughout the truck.......

What happens is the vibration goes with the engine speed, which leads me to believe its the fan clutch or something. Im pretty sure its the fan that is unbalanced or something. Can I fix the fan or should i get a new one?

Thanks

If the fan were bent enough to shake THE WHOLE TRUCK, it'd be so bent that it'd dig into the radiator or the belt(s).

Have the tires checked for balance & blisters, and get underneath & try to shake each of your U-joints. If you can make them rattle IN ANY WAY, they're bad. But they're not too hard to change yourself.

Something else to check is your harmonic balancer, rotors, and make sure none of your break calipers are stuck.

Simple test:

Rev the motor in the driveway. If it shakes, then it's something wrong with the torque convertor or clutch, or something else about the engine.

If it only does it moving down the road, then it's something to do with the driveline, such as driveshafts, rearends, tires, etc.
