Super charge a 400? Possible How?

Super charge a 400? Possible How?
My emmissions stuff is all gone so there is the old air pump bracket left could I put a supercharger there and run it off the alternator pulley? OR how else would I super charge it?

Superchargers take a lot of power to drive- a v-belt won't cut it. They usually use a cog belt, or a wide serpentine belt with a lot of tension. Try contacting Vortech, they make those little superchargers that mount next to the engine. Most standard blowers mount between the carb and intake.
