86 with a 460

How many quarts of oil do i need to put in. Its an 86 but i put a new re-built engine put in and dont want to over fill it. Ive heard 5.6 and 7 quarts from people. Well exactly how much do i need.

If its the stock oil pan, should be 6qt's.
