The light duty F-Series didn't get a 5 speed until 1987. An 84 F150 with a 351W should have a NP435 or a T-18, although, I wouldn't doubt that a 3.03 3 on the tree would be possible, and I also wouldn't rule out the T-19 as a possibility, athough they are quite rare. I don't see any of the 3 speed/OD boxes being avalable, but, stranger things have happened.

This is why I wondered if any of those trucks had sticks in them with the 351W.Most of the trucks that I have seen that have that motor have automatics in them. :-X12
