97Exp..Rear Diff?....Axle?
While changing a rear wheel stud, I noticed that there was around 1/4" in-out axle play. No diff noise present - or oil leaks. Probably wouldn't have noticed this without doing the stud replacement.
Q. Is this sort of play normal? If not, can anyone suggest a good place to start troubleshooting? The manual isn't too specific on the subject!
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
