I looked at a new Dodge dually the other day and it has the same type of hook thing on it. I think it's a conspiracy!!

hang's smell scents, then your passenger hit's it all the time with thier leg to get smell going.

I hang a trash can from it.

I got a hanging trash bin and it fits there great. It keeps the wrappers and misc. off the passengers floorboard. You can get the plastic bags for the hook at Wall-Mart or most rental car places.
