hello, my uncle has a 98 3 door truck. sometimes the lights won't go off and the door ajar light comes on. the doors are shut tight and still does no good. where is the door sensors at and is it hard to find them, i don't think they are on the door post like they used to be.

 

Blast the latches with a generous amount of WD40, then cycle the latch repeatedly by opening & shutting it. The switches are in the latches and get gummed up.
