I am looking for some chasis headers for my 79 F250 with a 460. I am not sure who makes them, I have been searching around the internet and was wondering what different options I have.

Summit has a few different types of headers. I am running flowtec and I like the fit and look inside the engine bay. They work well in the water and mud that I play in.
I bought my headers a long time ago but i think there is still a very limited selection for the 460 in the 73-79 4x4's, L&L ( fenderwell and chassis), Hooker ( you need their motor mounts and stands) and i think i have heard mention of headman fenderwell exits on the site here. I got the L&L fenderwell exits, dont have a bad thing to say about them other than a little tire rub in a tight turn, but that isnt the fault of L&L in any way, plus lifetime warranty and they tell me that their chassis exits are excellant fit and have plenty of clearance for the starter
I have the hookers and if I was doing it again I would go with L&L, Hooker will sell you the motor mounts and then tell you to get the stands out of a 1975 f-250 2x2 with a 460, if I remember the year correctly, but I looked in all the salvage yards and had no luck, so I called them and they gave me a guys number that lives in Tn. that makes the conversion towers and mounts. After getting his price I just made my own.
