Dash Color Question...

I recently removed the dash pad and found that the green paint color underneath was different the the green paint on the rest of the truck. Would this new found paint color be the original color of my truck??

Pretty much. It would have been painted when the body was originally done.

On both of my trucks, the color under the dash pad is the original color--plus it still has the shine.
