front tank ,pump and guage problem

Hi,
I have a 94 4x4 ,5.8 with front and rear tanks. I suddenly lost the fuel pump
and fuel guage at the same time when I switched from rear to front tank.
Any idea's ,maybe grounding problem or relay problem???

Do a search in the Misc. Forum, Subforum "... and Fuel System". You should find a lot of threads dealing with this problem.
With such symtoms many members finally found the selector switch in the dash broken.

i have the same problem in a 89 f150 if u can figure itout let me know im known as srhigh mechs thanx

i was just reading and they said that try to pull the instrument cluster out and check the socket in the back try that
