HA, that's an interesting one, it might help some sensors with bad grounds find their way again, but 5-8 horsepower?! I don't think so, also seems like alot of work.
My vote is save your ten dollars.

Oh guys, the link contains the item number, it is 7945094804

Looks a little hokey to me as well. Just a big mess of ground wires attached to a central ground point. Any original grounding points are engineered to work with maximum efficiency. I can understand an upgrade if one was to put a kick butt stereo or a juice thirsty light set, other than that, the addition of extra wires is not necessary. It just adds more useless clutter.
My input.

Dan

One of the "advantages" of Ebay is that sellers can make all kinds of claims without concern about visits from the nice folks at the Consumer Protection Agency or the Association of Trial Lawyers of American. How nice to keep commerce free of such nuisances as class action lawsuits for false advertising and misrepresentations.

The poor grammar and semi-broken english makes it sound like a Chinese immigrant peddling "high quality" Made In China merchandise to idiotic American consumers looking for "something for nothing".

Let's look at some of the more hilarious examples:

These ground wires provides better ground electrical current passages from battery -negative to body frame, chassis and engine components to stabilized revolution

"to stabilized revolution"? Maybe if you wrap the wires around the fan or harmonic balancer it will "stabilized" the revolulion?

"Provides higher torque in both low and medium power bands"?
Maybe if you coil the wires in the shape of a spring, and use it as a helper spring to pull the throttle farther open, you will thereby achieve higher torque. (Torque in the "low power" band is deliberately limited by the driver by keeping the throttle less than full open).

"Faster throttle response"
Maybe the coil spring idea again?

"-Stabilize engine at high RPM"
I guess you are supposed to cut off the wires and use them as torque limiting straps. Clamp the wires firmly to the frame and the block to "stabilize" the engine and prevent it from moving around on the rubber mounts.

"-Gain instant 5-8 Horse Power"
Resell the wires on ebay and use the proceeds to buy a Briggs&Stratton powered lawnmower of suitable size. Put the lawnmower in the bed of the truck and you've "gained" 5-8 horsepower without spending time turning wrenches on the truck. Instantly.

"-Improve starting adeptness, response and reduce fuel consumption"

Adeptness?? Oh, OK. I guess you fashion the wires into a jump rope. Twirl the wires over your head while you simultaneously hop on one foot and reach through the window to turn the key. You will become much more "adept" at starting your truck with enough practice.

Response? Use the wires to connect the starter solenoid to the horn relay. This will elicit plenty of "response" each time you start your truck.

"Reduce fuel consumption"
Place the wires into a covered frying pan. Heat the wires until the insulation melts off. Pour the resulting liquified goo into your fuel tank. It will block your fuel pump and dramatically reduce fuel consumption.
