POPPING !?!?! Help!

POPPING !?!?! Help!
Ok my 2000 Explorer has had numerous probs (Just look at my post's), but his one really had me baffled. When you turn a corner it popps, sometimes it is just one and others it has numerous, and it tends to do it every time you turn right but only rarely when you turn left. Does any body know what could be causing this, They have already changed the Rack and Pinion setup, Tie Rods (Twice), Tie rod ends (?? 
), Body mounts, power steering pump, brake pad, Ect.
PLEASE any help????

Just a BIG guess ( and really just an idea) but have they checked the ball joints and ball bearings? how about the shocks/struts/springs? Give it a shot- ball joints are very bad to have let go while you're moving (and especally turning)

Try jacking one side up and try to see if the tire will move up and down(pull out then push in on the bottom then the top of the tire) and/or in and out. Then try the other side. If you do find that one wheel moves or pops when you do this, this will narrow it down to one side.
