hi i have a 98 mountaineer with a 4.0 liter V6 and I.F.S. i was woundering if they have a lift kit out on the market or all the ones i see our home made.
please help

What do you want to do with it? You can fit 31x10s stock. With a 3" Body Lift you can fit 32x11s. With a Tortionbar adjustment, 3" Body Lift and a little body cutting(rear of front wheelwell) 33x12.5s. The rear is tall enough for 33s, but a set of Warrior shackles will give you about 1.5" of lift back there.

 

Hehe, if it were me, I'd hack out the IFS and replace it with a solid axle. It'd be cheaper and you could get further off road, but then again it would drive like crap. 31's will absolutly fit, and 32's will rub just a bit on the stops.
