Full boar exhaust sucks

Just got done putting the full boar turbo back 4 inch exhaust on and I am more than dissapointed. I would never reccomend this exhaust, or put it on anything ever again. On a scale of -10 I would rate the fit and finish about a 2 possibly a 3. The slip fit connectors are so loose that I broke a worm clamp trying to tighten them with an impact, and they still aren't tight. I am going to pull everything off and weld what I can to get it to stop moving at least. This product is a joke and I highly reccomend staying away from it.

i always fit the pipes on the ground first anyways. then i might have either welded it or sent it back to the manufacture.

I usually do fit it on the ground, but it didn't seem that loose, I might pull it off and put some relief cuts in it so it will collapse. The banks seems to be good, but I didn't feel like spending the green.

I put stacks from Black Cloud Diesel and I love the sound and power (NO MUFFLER). Hardest part of entire installation was drilling the 4 1/2 inch hole in the bed. Fit was OUTSTANDING

Yeah, sorry to hear about your shoddy exhaust. Some people know how to make a nice flange and then some people need to be told about career changes. Hopefully where you got it from was not a sponsor of this site.

You could use stainless steel flat band clamps on the coonections that you can't weld. They will seal the joint and also keep it tight. Had no problems with my 409 SS MBRP exhaust. Fit was excellent and no leaks, even with the U-bolt style clamps.

I had no problem with my Full Boar exhaust. Like you, I put a 4" turbo back system on. I had mine welded from the get go. Fit was great, although I had to work with the over axle and exit tube to keep it from hitting the spare tire and shock. I also agree about the Banks system. No need to just buy a mans name for extra bucks. It's just an exhaust system. I spent the extra on bigger tires.

I am sorry to hear about your experiance. Bad batch I guess. My Full Boar system went on like a champ. Slip fittings fit tight. I put the turbo back 4" with 3.5" downpipe. I am still very happy with it.
