i have very good 302 engine out of a 1981 f 100 and would like to know all the other ford products this engine will fit and work with ..without major changes.....i completed the rear axle swap from a 3.55 to a 2.75 and the old truck runs good , but i think it is going faster than the speedometer shows ...no big deal, truck just used for going to town and ranch work ...thanks to this web site for all the help....ddakota

I don't know what you consider "major". A 302 will bolt in where a later 289, 255, 351w, and a 300 six reside. But most will require minor engine dress changes, and others will require engine mounts, exhaust, radiator, etc.
