loud

im looking for some loud mufflers, but with a good sound, will the flowmaster super 40s be good behind my 400c.i. with headers

i think they are single chamber, right?

try some glasspacks first. loud, nice rumble behind these motors

I think they are the loudest flowmaster .

Have you thought about spintechs or moroso's spiral core mufflers ?

i think the super 40's are your best bet.....thats what im putting on my rig.....glasspacks are loud but they dont have the nice deep rumble of a chambered flowmaster muffler

Do the straight pipes effect milage????

Just curious because my 88 F250 4x4's milage is the pitts and everything else is stock and in good working order?
Could it be the computer reading wrong due to the missing converters,cherry bombs and no back pressure?????
