oh wow, people are getting stupider every day!! lol it was a pretty nice day today, 55-60 f. so i was like eh. i'll go wash my truck today, and the local wash was closed due to water problems. (moron ran into the automatic washer) so they closed off all of the water lines. there was a long line at the shell station and the one here at shell just doesnt do it for me. so the next good one was acrossed the border, about 10-15 mins away, so i get there, get it washed and waxed by hand. 40$ good deal, i'm on my way home, and a little RIce burner honda comes up to me making all this noise with his trash can exhust and rolls down his window and ask if i want to race, the highway is stright and open.

Okay anyways, i was like yeah w/e i dont care about your pocket rocket that i could take anyday, so i take off doing 60-65, get to the next light, and he is like wow thats all that old peice of **** has, i'm pushing 195 hp, wtf man your truck is slow, i was alright i'm tired of this punk ***, were both in front of the line at the light, i put it in nutral to get the juices flowing in the motor, put it back in drive, hold the break and the gas till about 1200 rpm, Things are now starting to get loud, he has hitting off the redline on his car so we take off i get up to about 80 and i look in the mirror and all i see is smoke comming from his car and he is still tring to drive it, i knew he blew it up i heard it,

People are so stupid around these parts, think there hondas can beat true muscle,

btw it was my 400 vs his 1.8 Honda lmao

lol thats not bad. i would get smoked by my moms car if i ever tried to race her lol, she has a 2000 GTP Grand PRix with the 3800 Supercharged, its pretty fast, 4 door family care, rides nice, shifts good, awesome car, i was thinking of buying me one!! lol

 

Theres a thick black line between a 4 bangered Cavalier and a GTP. I really need some engine upgrades. My acceleration is just S.A.D

 

my f-150 is slow but my 77 trans am with 450 to the wheels is always getting challenged by rice racers, i just spin the tires a little while sitting at the red light most of the time they back down, the ones who don't get to breathe burned rubber for as long as i like

 

I have torn up a few of these ricers with my 89 Sevelle. Not real fast but just fast enough.

 

my g/f has a 2005 chevy colorado (yeah, i know...that make of vehicle is taboo here...lol), and it's got 3.73's with a 4 spd auto and chev's I-5....that lil pick-up scoots good....at 70, it tach's about 2k, and 85 is around 2500 rpm...good mileage rig...her's was the spendiest one on the lot at about 35,000, and she got it for right around 21,000, i think....for bein a bowtie, i've been impressed with it....and i ain't no chevy fan, but it's her money, i just drive it a bit....lol

There is nothing like giving a teen age hot rodder a little well deserved attitude adjustment. I had an 01 Buick Lesabre that was really good at making little boys cry! It always made me grin when the kids would pull up next to me at a light with their rap music banging away. I'd pop an old hank williams cd in the deck, roll down the windows, crank it up then smoke 'em.

 

I have a '96 Olds LSS super charged 3.8 L V6 - It's a boat compared to the Ricer cars and, to the ricers suprise, I've smoked many of them. The Olds also gets 28.5 MPG on the hiway. GM is making a big mistake by discontinuing Olds line - it's too bad.

 

everyone makes that 3.8, its not just olds, pontiac also makes it, this is what is in the GTP and some of the GT's have it w/o the supercharger, and chevys do usually get good gasmilage, the 2002 shuts off at 99 but the tach only says like 3200 RPM's

 

Mine also has the OD transmission and 70 mph is 2000 rpm = 28.5 MPG. Super great for a 5 passenger with a huge trunk. With the 18gal tank I can get 500 miles of hiway behind me before I have to stop for gas. This past summer I drove from Indianapolis to Gattlenburg,TN on one tank of gas that was with three other adults and a trunk full of luggage.
