Red face Head gaskets Expidition. Help!

I have to replace head gaskets on a 99 Expidition tomorrow at work. Any help would be appreciated. Should I take the body off the frame? Or just take the head(right hand side) off with the motor in the vehicle? I work for an independent shop, but I used to work for Ford. I have to do this tomorrow. Let me know.

If you have a decent 2 post hoist you might want to try lifting the body. That's the only way I'll do them now. There are good instructions for doing that at www.flatratetech.com

I just checked it out. Looks pretty straight forward and less stuff to disconnect than one would think. Cool.
