2001 glowplug relay

I'm getting a 2 volt drop through the relay; good or bad? I think it's working part time anyway. Anyone got the part number and where to get one that's NOT the dealer?

2001 Crewcab 4X4 7.3L Turbo 80,000 mi

try the 7.3 PSD forum, as it appears your truck is a powerstroke.
