No brake lights!!!!
My stepdad was fallowing me I was in my 86 F150 and He said I had NO brake lights but when I turned on my park/head lights my tale lights looked extra bright. He thinks it is a switch under the dash I don't know. It does Not have the same switch as my 78 so I have No idea what I'm looking for!!!

Do your hazards work on the front? If they work on the front and not the back I would think a ground problem. I had to run an extra ground from my frame to my box for my lights to work. Could also be the sockets where the bulb goes in, but unlikely. Also, check the switch on your brake pedal.

Do your turn signal lights work on the rear? If yes, then almost certain it is the brake light switch. If no then check fuse, ground at light sockets, light sockets, wiring to the rear, and turn signal switch. Reason- brake lights and turn signals to the rear use the same fuse and wiring from the turn signal switch to the bulb so if your turn signals work at the rear then the fuse is good, the wiring to the rear is good and the ground and sockets are good. That only leaves the brake light switch and a slight possibility of a bad turn signal switch.
