Does anyone have good pics of a stock upper track bar mount for a 78 or 79 Bronco or F150? Specifically where and how its mounted to the frame. Seems like everyone I look at as been modified or something.
mine is an extended track bar but is located in the stock location infront of the spring cup, but behind the steering box, if you want pics I can take one but not sure what you are looking to find out.

Mainly the "stock" mounting method is what I'm looking for as well as the dimensions of the bracket. I'm in the process of making a custom bracket. In the process of looking at different designs, it occurred to my that I don't remember anything about a stock '79 bracket shape or whether it is welded, riveted, bolted to the frame or a combination of those. A pic would help. Just email via my profile. Thanks!
here is a link to the pic I put into my misc gallery hope it helps, I used the stock bolts, and stock mounting location for it, and for reference the hole just above where the bar is located would be the stock location (you are supposed to put this bracket inside of hte stock bracket and bolt it to it but I made the front shock mount instead)hope this helps https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...oid=64368&.jpg
