flashing head lights
I have 78 Ford Bronco with flashing headlights. They only flash when on high beam. I have replaced the dimmer switch and head light switch. I remember reading an article about this problem. They add some relay in the headlight wiring harness, which did the trick. I guess this was a common problem.
Anybody got an idea where I can get that information?

If you have stock headlights, with no added lights on the switch, then check the plug at the headlight switch. They can overheat and melt, and the connectors will not make good connection to the switch. This causes heat which makes the built-in circuit breaker in the headlight switch to trip on and off.
