Anyone know how to remove that oval dashboard insert on '03 F-150? I want to replace it with a new one.

It should just pop out with a screwdriver.

i just did this on my wifes truck yesterday. the panel has several pop in type clips around the outside edge. just stick a screwdriver under it and gently pry it up, being careful not to scratch your dash. it only takes about 5 minutes to replace. hth, -marty
