4.0 Thermostat installation
What is the correct way to put in the thermostat?
I read on here that the spring should go towards the radiator with the vent hole as close to 12 o'clock as possible.
Sure enough the garage had put it in with the spring towards the engine and my temp had always fluctuated, now that I have turned it around it doesn't seem to want to warm up enough. I haven't driven it yet, I let it idle in the garage for 5 minutes or more.
