99 ford ranger

I want to know how to jump from 160hp to around 200 hp without major modification. I would also like some advise on where to find the cheapest parts.

just about everybody says to use a K&N air filter...that'll get you about 10hp. also get rid of the stock muffler. depending on what brand you replace it w/will determine the cost. again you can get 10-15 extra hp with that. you can also change your fuel pump/injectors, but that might cost a little more. just some ideas, hope they help.
