I have a 94 F150 4x4. About a month ago I replaced the plugs, rotor, cap, plug wires, fuel filter, flushed the radiator and the air bypass/idle valve/sensor. It ran great until the other day. I went to start it and it just turns over it will not fire. There is fuel at the rail and the pressure is fine. There is spark. I have read a few threads about the starter selonoid but that does not sound like the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
Are there any codes, are you sure that the Injectors are all firing? Are the plugs good, is it possible that it flooded? Sorry for the ramble just trying to come-up with ideas. Is your airfilter breathing freely?
Welcome to FTE. You should check for trouble codes, it may help even if its not running. See how at www.fordfuelinjection.com under getting trouble codes. Its easy and free. Also your Haynes manual has a ECC trouble codes section. Let us know your codes. Will it start with a little starting fluid ?

Quick question, did you get it running? If you tested the truck cold I beleive the Coolant sensor will show up since you are supossed to test it warm. I realize that you don't have that luxury. Just thought I would throw that out there.
It is running, I had to take it to the shop to get it fixed. The mechanic does not have the proper scanner but was able to narrow down the problem. The coolant sensor is apparently a common sensor to fail with high mileage, 160k.
